Strength Training for Boys
Tuesdays 7pm
Ages 8-12 years old

December 13th – February 21st
 Done properly, strength training offers many benefits to young athletes.
The focus of this class will be on exercises that build up Strength, Cardiovascular Fitness, Core Stability as well as Posture.
This class will be taught under the supervision of Youth Fitness Specialist Franklin Chen.
Strength Training For Boys will run for 10 Weeks Tuesday December 13th- February 21st.

Please note, there will be no class on Tuesday January 24th (winter Break)
LIMITED SPACE 8 Students Per Session
$200 for 10 weeks
 
There is an option to sign up for a single trial class at $20.
Boys should wear sweatpants and sneakers.
